Take your passengers to their destinations. You can see by the colour of their shirts where they want to go. First you choose a plane and a gate, then you click on the passengers and on the plane you want them to take. Then you send your plane to the runway to take off. Choose its destination by clicking on it, on the map at the right. Don't forget to click on the check mark below the destination (it's quite small, and hard to see). You can reach several destinations with one plane.
